Sales Manager / Construction Supervisor
St. Louis Radon Test and Mitigation is a regional leader in radon mitigation and testing. We are a growing firm with a great reputation and seek a sales manager/supervisor to help us manage our growth. In this role you would lead and develop a team of radon mitigation installers and sell and schedule radon mitigation work. In addition, you would perform regular jobsite inspections for coaching opportunities on issues of quality and safety and communicate with customers as needed to ensure they have a remarkable experience with our company.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-years of sales and supervisory experience working in a construction trade along with a friendly attitude, clean presentation and great communication skills. You will need to have proficient computer skills and a proven ability to motivate, guide and direct a team to perform and reach business goals.
Knowledge of general building practices and the ability to visualize the design of a ventilation system will help individuals succeed in this trade. Must be familiar and comfortable with, hand tools, ladders, and confined spaces. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. - Be able to pass a drug test
- Be able to provide 3 credible employment references
- Have a driver’s license
- Construction: 2-year experience
